I'm a 23yo from Boston, MA. I made this blog to help keep myself motivated after completing my employer's corporate wellness program, BeFit. I used to be a major athlete, but was side-railed due to knee injuries. Now, I'm taking it one step at a time, trying to get into the best shape of my life.
In the past few weeks, I've run my fastest mile and 5k ever, and I've started to lose and gain weight in the right places. I hope to keep it up and be a BeFitter for life.
